I wanted to take this opportunity to express my wife’s and my appreciation of the excellent treatment I received while a patient at Pacifica recently. This was my second time to experience the very, very good medical and rehab care your staff gives to patients. Not only were the medical services outstanding, but the kind and gracious treatment that I received during my stay was so comforting that the time passed quickly and satisfactorily. I would like to commend all of your medical and rehab staff, especially Mel and Paula, for their kindness to me. Both my wife and I are particularly grateful to Susan Anico, the Nursing Care Manager, and Filipina Canta, Director of Nursing, for their helpfulness in seeing that I was able to return home quickly.
