More than 15,000 skilled nursing facilities are rated by U.S. News & World Report, but only 15% earned the top performing rating and status as “Best” nursing homes. The “Best Nursing Home” title is given only to those homes that demonstrate appropriate use of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.
